In your menu bar at the top right of the screen: the ✓ icon. Its Dock icon goes away after launch. Click the icon, or press ⌥⌘T from any app. The first time, the list opens on its own.

Not yet. Sync works across Macs signed in to the same iCloud account. An iPhone companion may come if enough people ask.
Yes: Preferences → General → Shortcut. Click it and press a new combination; ↺ brings back ⌥⌘T.
Nothing, because we never receive it. There are no accounts, analytics or third-party services, and iCloud sync uses your private database, which we can't access.
